Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations seeks a General Maintenance Technician II to perform skilled repairs across plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, granite and appliances in guest villas. Requires at least 1 year of field experience or related work, with an ability to work with a team and follow safety standards.

You'll replace or repair items, operate hand and power tools, and document completed work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of field experience; trade school a plus.
• Maintenance with a resort/hotel is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle repairs in plumbing, drywall, tile, carpentry, painting and electrical.
• Assist guests and staff with unit maintenance concerns.
• Use specific hand and power tools to complete projects.
• Follow supervision and complete documentation of maintenance work.
