Metropolitan Management Group (MMG) is hiring a Maintenance Technician II to service residential apartments and manage maintenance tasks across properties. You will follow detailed instructions to perform repairs, installations and upkeep with hand tools and small power tools.

The role requires experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry and HVAC, with a focus on safety, professionalism and timely resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to travel to multiple properties; lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential maintenance, repairs and turns on apartments.
• Maintain grounds and parking areas; complete work orders.
• Repair systems including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, heating and cooling.
• Follow safety regulations and MMG SOPs; provide quality resident service.
