Amphenol CIT seeks a Maintenance Braider Technician II to maintain and improve production equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electronic circuits and PLCs, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure uptime.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in maintenance, and experience with electrical circuits. Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training acceptable.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment.
• Background in electrical circuits.
• Certified Electrician preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain facilities and equipment using CMMS to support TPM.
• Collaborate with technicians and EH&S team to complete tasks.
• Lead installation, relocation, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Perform maintenance tasks on electrical wiring, pneumatics, PLCs, servo motors, and spare parts.
• Install new electrical circuits with proper LOTO, PPE procedures.
• Conduct scheduled PMs and unscheduled repairs using schematics and OEM manuals.
• Dismantle machines for repairs/PMs and coordinate with CNC providers.
• Assist in developing new PMs, procedures, and policies.
