Job summary

Amphenol CIT in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Maintenance Braider Technician II to perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment and facilities within a manufacturing setting.

You will use CMMS for TPM tasks, collaborate with other technicians and the EHS team, and lead installation, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors while maintaining strict safety standards including LOTO and PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical background preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience on electronics, hydraulics and mechanical equipment.
• Certified Electrician preferred or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on machinery and tools.
• Maintain facilities using CMMS to support TPM and production.
• Lead installation, relocation, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
• Perform electrical work, wiring, pneumatics, PLCs, servo motors, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Install circuits following safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, Hot Work).
• Troubleshoot electronic circuits and PLCs using schematics and OEM manuals.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for PMs and repairs.
• Support EMS, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
