Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Maintenance Tech in the Madison GA area. The selected candidate will maintain, repair, install and modify equipment, requiring at least 5 years in industrial maintenance with electrical, hydraulic and PLC systems.

Shift options include 2nd & 3rd, with an 8 AM–5 PM schedule and a salary range of $58,000–$74,000 per year. Responsibilities include reading manuals, diagnosing electrical/PLC controlled equipment, maintaining motors and PLCs,

Qualifications

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with electrical, hydraulic and PLC systems.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair all types of industrial equipment using electrical and PLC experience.
• Maintain electrical equipment including motors, control boxes, welders, and PLCs.
• Metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose and repair all types of industrial equipment using specialized experience in electrical and PLC controlled equipment.
• Maintain electrical equipment including electric motors, control boxex, welders, and PLC's.
• Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using various methods (hand tools, chains, cranes and hoists).
• Preventative maintenance on motors, gearboxex, conveyor systems, pneumatic/hydraulic systems and amonia refrigeration systems.
• Metal fabrication.
