Job summary

Bartell Machinery Systems, L.L.C. is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to support maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.

The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while working with a team. You will read electrical schematics, work with PLC logic, and collaborate with vendors to keep equipment running efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in electrical or mechanical maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Familiarity with PLC ladder logic and motors/controls.
• Experience with machining/fabrication and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on Bartell equipment and buildings.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical systems and machine shop equipment.
• Maintain electrical records and safety inspections as required by OSHA.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs and upgrades.
• Document maintenance activities and follow LOTO procedures.
