Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to support QVC and HSN operations at the Bethlehem, PA fulfillment center. You will perform general building and equipment maintenance, including conveyors, PIT equipment, and mechanical/electrical repairs, reporting to the Area Manager.

Applicants should have 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read technical manuals. On-call, day/night, weekends and overtime are required as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months - 3 years experience with mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced production environment.
• High School graduate or equivalent; industrial mechanic trade school courses or certification (electrical, controls, plumbing, welding) or equivalent military technical training.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals.
• Familiarity with blueprints and engineering specifications.
• Ability to be on call, work days or nights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Building Maintenance – general facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC, painting, wall repair).
• Repair dock doors/locks/plates and assist outside vendors.
• Conveyor, automation, and sorter systems maintenance and repairs.
• Electrical tasks including basic AC/DC knowledge and lockout/tagout compliance.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness with 5S and daily equipment/inventory tasks.
