Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician 2 to perform building maintenance and a range of basic repairs, including troubleshooting and maintaining small tools and equipment.

You will diagnose complex machine issues, collaborate with engineering to improve reliability, manage the CMMS work orders, and mentor junior technicians. This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience required; 5+ years preferred.
• 3 years of working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex machines, including electrical/PLC, mechanical, welding, and hydraulics/pneumatics.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve maintenance issues and improve equipment reliability.
• Manage CMMS system, create work orders, upload documentation, and update parts.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of replacement parts and shop supplies.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I employees on equipment and advanced manufacturing systems.
• Rebuild machines, tools and heavy equipment and create special tools to assist production.
