Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and rebuild flex and spiral braiders and winders, excluding electrical work. You will clean, disassemble, inspect, assemble, repair, and maintain logs to support safe, efficient operation.

Overtime may be required to meet production needs. High School diploma or GED is required; production experience is preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: Production work preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication, math, reading, and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disassemble, inspect and assemble braider and winder assemblies.
• Perform repair and preventative maintenance on braiders and winders.
• Fabricate and rebuild braider carrier, shuttle, rotor, and axle components.
• Maintain repair logs and spare parts stock as instructed.
