Job summary

Drury Hotels is hiring a Maintenance Tech I for the San Antonio area (Holiday Inn Express San Antonio Airport). You will help maintain and repair hotel facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, plus some light carpentry and painting. English communication and teamwork are essential as you contribute to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining hotel facilities and equipment.
• Ability to perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
• Basic knowledge of water chemistry and pool maintenance is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and smooth-running hotel property and grounds.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, kitchen equipment.
• Carry out light carpentry, painting, and drywall repair.
• Keep records and reports of work performed and safety checks.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
