Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Martinsburg, WV is seeking a Maintenance Associate for a 5th shift (Sat 7pm-7am, Sun 7pm-7am, plus two 8-hour midweek shifts). Base pay ranges from $29.00 to $34.80 per hour, with a $1.15 per hour shift differential. Benefits start day one, and weekly pay is provided.

Training is 4-6 weeks on a 7A-3P shift. You will perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery, diagnose issues with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems and PLCs, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years maintenance experience, including mechanical and electrical.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose root causes in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Perform routine, predictive and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Operate motorized equipment and assist in repairs.
• Maintain safety and quality in all operations.
