DHA, Housing Solutions for North Texas, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service DHA properties across North Texas. You will perform maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment, ensuring safety and quality in every project.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED and technical training preferred.
Two years of building maintenance or related experience.
Texas driver’s license is required.

Mansioni

Perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
Replace hardware, fixtures, appliances, and related components.
Maintain plumbing fixtures and bathrooms; repair as needed.
Replace HVAC filters, electrical switches, outlets, and fixtures under supervision.
Prepare vacant units for occupancy; cleaning and painting as needed.
Diagnose mechanical problems and implement solutions.
