Job summary
Andersen Windows, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for the Aurora, OH facility on 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:20am). You will install and maintain machinery, diagnose electrical and mechanical problems, and support engineering changes to plant layout.
Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, managing maintenance records, participating in 6S and kaizen activities, and ensuring safety policies are followed. Strong knowledge of welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and CMMS is required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in welding, machining, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC and electromechanical problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in installation and maintenance of machinery and control panels.
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Engineering and vendors on plant changes.
- Maintain maintenance manuals and service records.
- Support 6S and Kaizen activities and ensure safe operations.
