Schwan’s Company in Stilwell, OK is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 3rd shift to maintain conveyor systems and food production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to minimize downtime.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), 3+ years of related experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, or flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyor systems and food production machinery to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
• Perform complex mechanical repairs including shaft keying, sprocket broaching, gear head replacement, stainless steel welding, hydraulic hose fabrication, and belt maintenance using specialized tools and equipment.
• Assist with equipment setup, teardown, welding, fabrication, and installation of new or modified plant machinery to support production needs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues through observation, auditory assessment, and use of precision measuring instruments, and effectively identifying and resolving root causes.
• Utilize SAP software to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and communicate effectively with production and operations teams to optimize workflow.

Compensation And Benefits

The base salary range for this position starts at $27.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
