• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year degree in a maintenance trade preferred; 3-5 years of related experience
• Basic math skills, ability to follow simple instructions, training materials, and product labeling
• Availability for full-time, overtime, or weekend shifts
• Team player with professional interaction skills
• Mechanical, electrical, and building skills from basic to advanced
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions, and manuals
• Ability to complete work orders and enter paperwork into a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Candidates will undergo a background check and drug screening after offer acceptance

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Setup, teardown, and assist with repairs and installation of equipment
• Identify problems using observation, listening, and testing instruments
• Remove defective parts with appropriate tools
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs
• Document maintenance activities using SAP
• Maintain safety standards and participate in training
• Assist with training lower-level employees
• Use PPE as required
