Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance with mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Must achieve Maintenance Tech II proficiency within 10 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, interventions, and repairs on machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Provide operators with support around machine reliability.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and document issues.
• Maintain records and follow safety and quality protocols.
• Work schedule includes 2-2-3 shift; travel to nearby locations may be required.
