Job summary

Standard Process is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform highly diversified duties repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment. You will troubleshoot, install, and service manufacturing machinery, while following safety and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills, with CMMS experience and the ability to read manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

  • Education in Industrial Technology or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
  • Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Able to read equipment manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with contractors on projects and repairs.
