We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift to join our team in Plainfield, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Troubleshooting, assembling, installing, testing, maintaining, and improving mechanical systems.
• Collaborating with relevant functions to select and utilize appropriate resources, tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Understanding and applying safety protocols when working with electricity and energy sources.
• Coordinating with others as a formal resource and adapting quickly to manufacturing environment changes.
• Demonstrating specialized knowledge of key equipment in the Plainfield facility, such as ROSIE, Blaster, Sigma Press, Vertical Lathe.
• Independently tearing down, servicing, and reassembling semi-automatic equipment.
• Leading continuous improvement projects and mentoring team members.
• Following industry policies and practices for maintenance support.

To be successful, you will need the following:

• Recognize hazards related to controls (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic) and practice safety procedures.
• Promote proactive health and safety behaviors.
• Possess manufacturing knowledge to implement process and equipment changes.
• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Potential licensing for compliance with regulations.
• Relevant training and experience.

Experience

• 10+ years in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting preferred.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Work hours: 2nd shift, M-F, 4 PM - 2:30 AM, with extended hours and overtime as needed.
