Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure production lines and equipment run continuously. You will maintain guarding and safety systems, execute lockout/tagout procedures, and support preventive maintenance across shifts.

You’ll work with vendors and equipment manufacturers to address issues and lead line commissioning when needed. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a similar role, with a high school diploma or GED and preferably a two-year Maintenance Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar position is required.
• Completion of two-year Maintenance Certification course is preferred.
• Stick and wire welding experience with structural welding certification is a plus.
• Forklift experience required or ability to complete TT Forklift Certification.
• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines and equipment are maintained and able to run at all times.
• Maintain guarding and safety equipment on all production lines.
• Perform Lock out/Tag out procedures on lines, isolating energy with lock and photo ID.
• Support and assist preventative maintenance on the shift where applicable.
• Contribute to line commissioning after maintenance events.
• Assist with other plant projects as needed.
• Operate in a value-driven manner and support the team.
• Interact with vendors and equipment manufacturers as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision/management.
