Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will work independently on assigned tasks and may be the sole maintenance resource during certain periods, performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production lines and equipment.

You must demonstrate strong skills across electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with a proven ability to document maintenance activities and work under direction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar maintenance position.
• Stick and wire welding experience.
• Forklift experience or the ability to complete the required forklift certification program.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production lines and other equipment are properly maintained and operational.
• Maintain guarding and safety equipment on all production lines.
• Follow required Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, including isolating all forms of energy and applying appropriate personal locks.
• Depending on plant needs, support and assist with preventive maintenance activities during the shift.
• Contribute to and assist with production line commissioning following maintenance or process events.
• Assist with plant projects as needed.
• Operate in a manner that provides value to the team.
• Interact with vendors and equipment manufacturers as needed.
• Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision or management.
