Job summary

Harmoniq Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to contribute to our maintenance operations across her properties. You will perform skilled tasks in building upkeep and repairs, from painting to HVAC, while maintaining safety standards and responding to work orders.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience, OSHA 10 and CPO certifications, and the ability to work independently with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• OSHA 10 certification and CPO certification.
• Proficient in maintenance tasks and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting tasks and minor drywall repairs.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Use work order systems and coordinate with vendors.
• Participate in on-call rotation and team meetings.

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will build upon your previous experience and skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our maintenance operations.

***$500 signing bonus paid after 6 months of employment***

You will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to:

General/Grounds

• Perform painting tasks and minor drywall repairs.

Plumbing

• Change shower trim/cartridges and replace toilets, wax rings, and surrounds.
• Check and report water heater issues.

Electrical

• Change outlets and switches, as well as light fixtures and ballasts.

HVAC

• Check common area boilers and diagnose furnace/air handler issues.

Client/Company Impact:

• Contribute to general grounds maintenance and painting tasks.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Utilize technology platforms for work orders and vendor relations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist with vendor relations.

Office Contribution/Leadership

• Attendance at every All-Company Meetings once a quarter.
• Active participation in Maintenance Level 10 meetings.

Training Requirements:

• Work order management and continued development in maintenance skills.

• Demonstrates integrity and ownership in communication.

Requirements
