Job summary

Harmoniq Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our property operations in Milwaukee. You will build on your maintenance experience by handling painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks in common areas, while coordinating with vendors through our work order system.

Required are 3+ years in maintenance, OSHA 10 and CPO certifications, and strong communication. You’ll participate in on‑call rotations and company meetings, contributing to reliable, high‑quality

• 3+ years of maintenance or related field experience.
• OSHA 10 and CPO certifications required.
• Proficient in maintenance tasks and using relevant technology platforms.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Job description

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will build upon your previous experience and skills to contribute to the ongoing success of our maintenance operations.

$500 signing bonus paid after 6 months of employment

General / Grounds

• Perform painting tasks and minor drywall repairs.

Plumbing

• Change shower trim/cartridges and replace toilets, wax rings, and surrounds.
• Check and report water heater issues.

Electrical

• Change outlets and switches, as well as light fixtures and ballasts.

HVAC

• Check common area boilers and diagnose furnace/air handler issues.

Client / Company Impact

• Contribute to general grounds maintenance and painting tasks.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Utilize technology platforms for work orders and vendor relations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist with vendor relations.

Office Contribution / Leadership

• Attendance at every All-Company Meetings once a quarter.
• Active participation in Maintenance Level 10 meetings.

Training Requirements

• Work order management and continued development in maintenance skills.
