Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support Owners/guests with timely repairs and preventive maintenance in a guest-focused environment.

You will perform mid-level repairs, respond to guest requests, maintain safety and inventory, and participate in training to enhance technical knowledge and career development. This role requires flexibility for various shifts and weekends and offers competitive pay and benefits.

As a Maintenance Technician II, a typical day will include:

• Performs mid-level repairs as assigned.
• Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Communicates with guests/Owners to resolve maintenance issues.
• Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Participate in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development as applicable.

To Become a Maintenance Technician II at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50 lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
