Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II for the Lakeshore community in South Seattle/Renton, WA. Typical schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, with a competitive benefits package and a $1,000 signing bonus.

The role involves performing routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and other maintenance work to keep the community in excellent repair. Washington state driver’s license and a background check are required.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• One year of technical school training or 2 years of experience is required.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check.

Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to become the newest member of our Maintenance Team located at the Lakeshore, South Seattle/Renton, WA. Available shifts will be scheduled Sunday - Thursday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the community in good repair including routine plumbing, plastering, painting, lighting, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and mechanical maintenance and repairs of the community and equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Possess moderate to higher level technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment generally used in a health care setting
• Advanced knowledge of basic construction principles
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to pass DSHS background check, required

Education and Experience:

• High school graduate or GED certificate, requires
• One year technical school training or 2 years’ experience, required
