Job summary

Era Living, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II for our Lakeshore community in South Seattle/Renton, WA. Shifts are Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a $25–$29 per hour rate and a $1,000 signing bonus.

The role covers routine plumbing, plastering, painting, lighting, electrical and carpentry, plus roofing and mechanical maintenance to keep the community in top condition.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated maintenance skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Basic construction principles knowledge and problem solving ability.
• Valid Washington state driver’s license required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to pass DSHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community in good repair including plumbing, plastering, painting, lighting, electrical, carpentry and mechanical maintenance.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to equipment and common areas.
• Assist with repairs of roofs and building systems as needed.
• Keep records of maintenance tasks and report safety concerns.
