Job summary

LV Property Management in Rockford, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our apartment community. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance, while keeping residents happy with responsive service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, apartment maintenance experience, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach. The role offers full benefits, bonuses, paid holidays, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry in occupied homes.
• Complete service requests efficiently and professionally.
• Prepare units for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Document work orders accurately and keep records up to date.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance and emergencies.
