LV Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Kenosha, Wisconsin. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems across occupied apartments while ensuring move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and complete service requests in occupied units.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge are expected.
• Certifications increase earning potential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry and general maintenance.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments efficiently and professionally.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement durable solutions, not just quick fixes.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Perform preventative maintenance to catch problems early.
• Maintain curb appeal and seasonal grounds of the property.
• Document and track work orders accurately in the maintenance system.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors and the property team.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance.
