Compensation:

This position is hourly, with an anticipated base pay range of $27.93 to $34.90 per hour.

Position Overview:

Join our team in Gresham, Oregon at 3675 NE Hogan Drive! We are seeking experienced maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Technicians perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on automated material handling systems to support the Distribution Center's operations. You will report to a Facilities Supervisor.

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and complex projects on conveyors, sorters, shuttles, and related assets.
• Respond to calls for assistance with building issues, conveyor jams, shutdowns, and other facility problems.
• Complete repairs on equipment such as cranes, drill presses, welding equipment, presses, jacks, and band saws.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and Facilities personnel.
• Operate automated material handling and mobile equipment within the Distribution Center.
• Maintain PIE fleet and assets, including picking cars and batteries.

Position Requirements:

• At least one year of building and equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS programs.
• Knowledge of safe work practices, including lockout/tagout standards.
• Ability to lift, push, and slide packages weighing 50-75 lbs.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pneumatic concepts.
• Experience using electrical meters, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, calipers, and gauges.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings and schematics.
