Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily apartment maintenance and uphold company standards. You will supervise technicians, groundskeepers, and other staff, performing hands-on work as needed and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

You will conduct inspections, train staff, manage inventory, and coordinate with the property manager to address resident concerns while enforcing safety guidelines. A proactive, detail-oriented leader thrives in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading a maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) will be an advantage.

The Maintenance Supervisor adds value to the community by ensuring identification and completion of daily general apartment maintenance duties, developing and upholding company standards, and ensuring all tasks are performed in the utmost professional manner.
