• Willingness to work flexible hours & on-call.

Responsibilities:

Daily tasks may include:

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Respond to emergency service calls per company policy
• Assist with resident functions
• Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work flexible hours & on-call
