The Grove at Lyndon in Louisville, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to lead repairs, preventive maintenance, and building operations for our apartment community. This mid-level role suits someone with strong technical skills who takes pride in safe, high-quality living environments.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry tasks, lead unit turns, and support pool maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of general or apartment maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• CPO and EPA Universal preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs. and work on-call as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working independently and mentoring others.
