Job summary

Stratum LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Forest Grove, OR property to perform maintenance across units and common areas. You will address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance issues while turning units between residents and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

The role offers full-time hours, non-exempt status with overtime eligibility, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k with match, and a monthly phone stipend. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of maintenance experience, apartment environment preferred.
• Skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances).
• Turn units between residents.
• Maintain common areas and property grounds.
• Perform basic landscaping (mowing, trimming).
• Assist with pool maintenance.
• Keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with the property manager on priorities.

Location: Forest Grove, OR (Forestplace Apartment Homes)
Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
