Role Overview

As a Maintenance Tech II, your responsibilities include assisting in maintaining the physical condition of properties according to company standards. You will handle repairs, oversee projects, and communicate professionally with residents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle a wide range of repairs independently, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
2. Perform quality repairs and adhere to safety and fleet policies.
3. Support and guide Maintenance Tech I roles and oversee larger projects.
4. Communicate effectively with residents and clients.
5. Participate in ongoing training and maintain attention to detail.
6. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
7. Maintain tools and supplies inventory and document work properly.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in household maintenance, preferably in multi or single-family settings.
• Ability to use various tools and possess own hand tools.
• Lift over 50 lbs.
• NATE HVAC certification preferred; EPA 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Reside within the designated work zone.
