$20-$26 per hour – depending on certifications and experience

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, diagnosing work order requests, and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, cleaning, and appliances.

Facilities Technician Duties:

• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion with effective team communication
• Maintain all aspects of the property per Mandel Group standards and requirements
• Perform groundskeeping duties, including trash removal and occasional touch-up cleaning of vacant units
• Be available to work 40 hours per week and participate in the on-call rotation, including some weekends and nights

Recommended but not required:

• EPA Universal or Type 1 and 2 certifications
• CPO Certification
• 1-3 years of maintenance/HVAC experience
