OPPORTUNITY: Maintenance Technician II - Denver, CO (508 units - high-rise)

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for our 508-unit Jasper Towers high-rise community. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth in the property management industry!

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Work on turnover and renovation units, and respond to maintenance service requests.
• Perform external and internal repairs, including drywall, painting, fence and gate repairs, plumbing, appliances, boilers, HVAC, and common area maintenance.
• Participate in emergency and after-hours coverage as scheduled or required.
• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine for repairs and fabrication.
• Fabricate and repair wooden structures like cabinets, counters, and partitions.
• Maintain inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Keep storage facilities and equipment in good condition.

Qualifications:

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, appliances, etc.
• Skill in performing quality work, using tools and machinery, and interacting professionally with colleagues, residents, and vendors.
• Knowledge of OSHA and MSDS requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret service orders, safety rules, and manuals.
• High school diploma or GED, technical training, or 3-6 months related experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• HVAC/CPO certifications.
• Availability to work weekends.

Salary range: $25.00 - $27.00/hour. Benefits include 401(k) match, rental incentives, bonuses, discounts, and health benefits for full-time employees working 30-40 hours/week. Sick leave is provided as per law.
