National Church Residences in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II with strong drywall repair and finishing skills to perform apartment turns and maintenance across multiple trades. Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential or apartment maintenance experience.
• Advanced skills in drywall finishing, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training, certifications, or trade experience are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment unit turns with minimal contractor support.
• Perform drywall installation, patching, texturing, finishing, sanding, and repairs.
• Complete carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Address water damage, wall restoration, and interior repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance in apartments and common areas.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-maintained buildings and grounds.
• Follow company standards, safety procedures, and applicable building codes.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and track inventory and supplies.

Hiltop at Senior Village is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II with a strong background in drywall repair and finishing and well-rounded apartment maintenance skills. This is a hands-on position for a skilled technician who can independently complete high-quality repairs, unit turns, and maintenance projects across multiple trades.

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment unit turns with minimal contractor support
