Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across our multifamily properties. The role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs to uphold high standards of appearance and safety.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in multifamily or similar settings with HVAC experience and EPA/HVAC certifications. On-site work, on-call rotation, and a path to Lead Maintenance Technician are included in this full-time

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• 1+ years of HVAC maintenance and repair experience required.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company-owned or personal vehicles.
• Must maintain a personal tool kit appropriate for completing assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
• Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
• Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed

This role is hands-on and service-oriented, supporting daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs.
