Two Coast Living is seeking a capable Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency tasks at a Westminster multifamily property. You will handle light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC work, respond to work orders, and uphold safety and cleanliness across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

The role emphasizes resident service, teamwork with Maintenance and Property Management, on-call coverage, and opportunities for growth into leadership.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work.
  • Respond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalation.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhouses.
  • Interact professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the community.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environment.
  • Assist with general property upkeep and support team members as needed.

Our team owns and operates properties across multiple markets and asset types, leveraging a collaborative and performance-driven culture.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance to ensure the assigned multifamily property operates efficiently and maintains a high standard of appearance. This role is hands-on and service-oriented, supporting daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs while helping prevent minor issues from becoming major repairs. The Maintenance Technician works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and serves as a key contributor to resident satisfaction and community safety.Work ArrangementLocation: Onsite | Westcliff | Westminster, COSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOn-Call: Required on a scheduled basis, including occasional weekends or holidaysKey ResponsibilitiesPerform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related workRespond to work orders promptly and proactively identify maintenance issues to prevent escalationMaintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities such as pools and clubhousesInteract professionally and courteously with residents in their homes and throughout the communityFollow all company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working and living environmentAssist with general property upkeep and support team members as neededCareer Path & Next Role ReadinessThe Maintenance Technician role is intentionally designed as a pathway to the Lead Maintenance Technician role.
