Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical errors.
• Repair or maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Maintain process standards across shifts.
• Provide hands-on training for new employees.
• Record repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve processes.
• Lead tours for new employees and visitors.
• Read and draft schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Observe machinery operation to diagnose malfunctions.
• Follow 5S3R standards: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain; Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container.
