Mister Car Wash is hiring a Maintenance Technician I to support our rapidly expanding network of car washes. You’ll perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and diagnostic work to keep sites operating safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred)
• Electrical experience including 3-phase high-voltage systems, low-voltage systems, AC/DC electrical systems, control wiring and powered equipment, VFD/PLC troubleshooting (preferred)
• Proficient in 4+ of the listed areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in fast-paced environments
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, crawl, and climb ladders
• A valid driver’s license (required upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment
• Diagnose and repair low- and high-voltage electrical systems, including control wiring and 3-phase power
• Travel across your market, in your company provided vehicle, to complete scheduled maintenance and respond to urgent repairs
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts
• Build strong relationships with teammates who count on your technical expertise
