Job summary

Mister Car Wash in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep industrial car wash sites running safely and efficiently. You’ll apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing skills, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to repairs across multiple locations with a company vehicle.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with 3-phase and control wiring, and the ability to travel and work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Electrical experience including exposure to 3-phase high-voltage systems.
• Solid skills in at least four of the listed areas (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, Plumbing).

Responsibilities

• Apply electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing, pneumatic, and troubleshooting skills to keep equipment performing at its best.
• Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs on industrial car wash equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, control wiring, and 3-phase power.
• Travel across your market in a company vehicle to perform maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Minimize downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Partner with regional teams on new equipment installations and technology rollouts.
• Build strong relationships with teammates and maintain safe, fully operational locations.
