Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our field service team. You will keep car-wash equipment running safely and efficiently, performing preventive maintenance and urgent repairs across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and willingness to travel with a company vehicle. This role supports growth with exposure to new equipment and technologies.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in industrial or production maintenance (breakdown experience preferred).
Electrical experience including 3-phase high- and low-voltage systems and control wiring.
Experience with AC/DC electrical systems, VFD/PLC troubleshooting preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair industrial car wash equipment to keep sites running safely.
Perform routine installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, including high- and low-voltage systems.
Travel across the market in a company vehicle for scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs.
Minimize downtime and support equipment rollouts with regional teams.
