Qualifications

• Six months experience with general maintenance tasks.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s license required.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Responds immediately to all smoke alarms and emergency pull cords.
• Performs general building maintenance including plumbing and electrical work.
• Completes work orders accurately and timely.
