Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Northlake, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs, upgrades, installations and PMs on warehouse equipment and packaging machinery. You will work with PLCs, robotics and MHE systems to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on experience with high-speed packaging equipment, MHE, and a production environment; you will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in warehouse maintenance with PMs and repairs.
• Experience with high speed packaging equipment and MHE maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and robotic systems used in packaging.
• Perform preventative maintenance on MHE and conveyors per schedule.
• Repair electrical components, motors, belts and pumps as needed.
• Install and monitor equipment upgrades and changes in warehouse operations.
