Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for repairs and upkeep across properties.
• Address resident requests and maintain relationships with residents.
• Perform seasonal maintenance per Spring/Summer and Winter/Fall checklists.
• Complete daily building inspections with proactive maintenance focus.
