Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in East Point, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment related to the facility and conveyance systems, following PM standards and documenting work in our asset management system.

Base knowledge should include PLCs, conveyors, 3-phase electric, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and related equipment. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree or a 2-year technical certificate and 3–5 years of

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2-year vocational/technical certificate in mechanical or electrical applications.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety requirements including OSHA standards with regards to LOTO and safe work practices.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment related to the facility and conveyance systems; follow PM standards and document work in the asset management system.
• Provide part usage reporting to Maintenance leadership to help manage spare parts inventory.
• Assist external vendors to complete projects within DCs safely and on time.
• Take on other tasks as needed to support operations.

Education
