Job summary

Micro is seeking a Maintenance Technician 1 for an on-site role in Somerset, NJ. The technician will perform diverse electrical and mechanical maintenance, install and repair manufacturing equipment, and keep facilities operable to support production and processes.

Responsibilities include reducing downtime, ensuring PM effectiveness, and validating safety standards for newly serviced equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex machine and electrical malfunctions and determine corrective actions using blueprints and manuals.
• Order parts and coordinate with engineers, vendors, and contractors for improvements.
• Read and interpret electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical diagrams to install production machinery and safety equipment.
