Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repair on facility and production equipment, including HVAC units, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, and process systems.

You will support preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, calibrate equipment, and assist in safety and compliance tasks. Working 2-2-3 day shift (5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.), you will help coordinate contractor work, manage parts inventory, document test results, and

• Performs routine maintenance and repair on facility and production equipment.
• Supports preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Assists with calibration, wiring checks, and equipment documentation.
• Contributes to safety, compliance, and safe operation of plant systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: 2-2-3, Day Shift; 5a-5:30p.
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on facility and production equipment (HVAC, boilers, air compressors, cooling towers, process systems).
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and instrumentation tasks, including calibration and control wiring checks.
• Support installation, maintenance of piping systems, process water, and plant utilities; monitor and document routine testing for boilers and other systems.
