The Maintenance Technician I performs routine maintenance and repair activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role helps ensure the proper functioning of facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. The technician may assist in training new employees and provide operational support to the maintenance team as needed.

2nd Shift (2p-10:30p) ; Training on 1st shift 4-6 weeks Union Pay: $29.50
The associate will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The noise level in the environment is sometimes loud. The associate may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Minimum Number of Years of Relevant Experience 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience
Key Education or Certification Required High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Skills and Competencies Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work orders, blueprints, SOPs, work instructions, etc. General computer skills, including e-mail and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills Training certifications (or completed apprenticeships) in the areas listed below are highly preferred:
