Job summary

The Mandel Group is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I or II for The Chiswick at Dunwood, a luxury apartment community in Milwaukee's North Shore. The role is based mainly at The Chiswick (Fox Point, WI) with occasional travel to Beaumont Place (Whitefish Bay) and Lighthorse 4041 (Shorewood).

You will diagnose work orders and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and general maintenance, while upholding Mandel Group standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance/HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal or Type 1 and 2 certifications (recommended).
• CPO Certification (recommended).

Responsibilities

• Maintain all property buildings and grounds per Mandel Group standards.
• Diagnose work orders and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Groundskeeping duties including trash removal and touch-up cleaning of vacant units.
• Manage work orders and participate in on-call rotation.

Mandel Group is searching for a full-time apartment Maintenance Technician I or II to complete our team at The Chiswick at Dunwood, a luxury apartment community in Milwaukee's North Shore. While this role will mainly be based out of The Chiswick (Fox Point, WI), this is a multi-site maintenance tech position and will require you to occasionally travel to Beaumont Place (Whitefish Bay) and Lighthorse 4041 (Shorewood) throughout your work shift. As such, access to a personal vehicle and appropriate car insurance/driver's license are required for this position.
